Sia and Sia Lawyers was founded in 1999 by Song Poh Sia (Peter) and operated as a boutique property law firm primarily offering legal assistance to Chinese-speaking clientele who sought to invest in shopping centres and commercial buildings in Brisbane.
In 2009, Heather Sia joined the firm. Heather has continued to foster the loyal relationships of clients who buy, sell and own shopping centres and commercial premises, as well grow the firm to cater for a broader clientele who have sought legal advice in small business transactions, share-restructuring, property development, the purchase and sale of businesses, conveyancing, leasing and franchising. Peter and Heather have carefully selected a legal team to reflect and further the original values of the firm. We believe in investing in the best people for the best practice.
We are extremely active in the Brisbane’s commercial and property sector, and highly regarded as one of the best, particularly in the Asian communities.
